TiNDLE™ Taco

Introducing the TiNDLE™ taco, the chicken taco made from plants.

TiNDLE™ has taken the world by storm in recent years with its plant-based chicken product.  Having already spread to 10 different countries, it has proved to be both delicious and sustainable. Not only does it boast an 88% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions but it uses up far less land and water than living chickens. In addition to this, the product is made from a mixture of soy and wheat proteins, giving the flavour and texture of chicken but being completely vegan!

Our executive chef, Ben Mulock, has been hard at work and has created a delicious taco to bring this exciting product to the Balans menu. Topped with a tomatilla relish and burnt jalapeño, it is certainly not one to pass over lightly.
