Balans No.60 in Soho welcomes a brand new spring dinner menu, available from 5pm every day. Our Exec Chef Steve Wilson has crafted deliciously unique dishes using the best of the season’s ingredients. Using both local produce and concepts from across the globe, the menu promises a fusion of flavours, from the British Isles, to Europe and the Mediterranean, to Central and Far East Asia.
Oven roasted Peterhead cod with Jersey Royals, pea velouté, a crispy Woodland Farm egg & wild garlic oil. We source all of our eggs from Woodlands Poultry Farm in Kent, who raise happy, healthy free range hens, resulting in rich and golden yolks.
Lamb rump with lamb shoulder croquette, courgette rosti, confit tomatoes & a ramson and green olive sauce.
Driftwood goat’s cheese with roasted beets, salted pecans, orange gel & bitter leaf salad.
