We’re very excited to be bringing some amazing new dishes to you all, crafted by our talented Executive Chef Ben Mulock. Ben has been working hard over the last few months to create a truly exceptional menu for No.60, full of seasonal excitement and innovative techniques. Expect a range of sustainable produce and freshly sourced ingredients with a story to tell, from Cornish Palourde Clams, to Suffolk pork. Dishes to excite your tastebuds about include our must-try fried lasagne with garlic aïoli, confit sea trout and butternut squash girella.
