How do I join?

• For a digital card go to balans.co.uk/signup to sign up and get your card.
• If you prefer a physical card ask your waiter and they will give you one but don’t forget to register it on https://balans.co.uk/members/ scroll down to ‘register your card’

What do I get and how do I spend?

• Cardholders get 5% credit added to your account for every bill scanned.
• You can spend your credit on your next visit. Just let your waiter know when paying that you want to use your credit towards the bill.

How do I check my credit?

• If you download a digital card, it is visible anytime when you look at your card in your phone wallet on Apple or Android.
• Otherwise whenever you want to check your credit, just log into balans.co.uk/members

I’m a member, how do I replace my lost card?:

• Email members@balans.co.uk and we will let you know the card number so you can download a digital card to your phone and never need to worry about losing it again!

I’m already a member – how do I download my digital card?

• Log into your account at balans.co.uk/members on your phone and click the ‘add to wallet’ button – follow the simple steps.
