We receive a lot of digital reviews and emails these days. But this one, handwritten and left behind on the back of a napkin made us smile and feel a little nostalgic for pen and paper.

It’s just the customer feedback we want to hear about the ‘super soft vegan chocolate sponge’. Remi our in-house dessert, pastry and baker ‘extraordinare’ will be very pleased to hear.
